GCSE文學(xué):兩首親情主題詩(shī)歌對(duì)比賞析
GCSE文學(xué)考試中,paper2中section3部分的unseen poetry需要考生比較兩首未學(xué)過(guò)的近現(xiàn)代詩(shī)歌,這兩首詩(shī)歌通常在主題、情感或手法方面有相似的地方。對(duì)于大部分學(xué)生來(lái)講,有一定的難度,首先,需要對(duì)兩首陌生詩(shī)歌的內(nèi)容了解的基礎(chǔ)上,在內(nèi)容、主題、結(jié)構(gòu)、語(yǔ)言、創(chuàng)作手法等方面分析出異同點(diǎn)。
當(dāng)然,在具備了必要的詩(shī)歌賞析能力后,獨(dú)立分析一首詩(shī)歌后,再進(jìn)行對(duì)比,完成對(duì)比賞析。Unseen poetry部分的詩(shī)歌雖然沒(méi)有范圍,但也有一定的規(guī)律可尋,詩(shī)歌往往會(huì)圍繞著一下幾個(gè)主題展開(kāi):親情;愛(ài)情;自然環(huán)境;生命感悟和人生思考;懷念和回憶等,今天我們就來(lái)練習(xí)兩首關(guān)于親情類(lèi)的詩(shī)歌,分別從內(nèi)容主題,結(jié)構(gòu),語(yǔ)言和手法方面進(jìn)行對(duì)比賞析。

To a Daughter Leaving Home
When I taught you at eight to ride a bicycle, loping along beside you as you wobbled away on two round wheels, my own mouth rounding in surprise when you pulled a head down the curved path of the park, I kept waiting for the thud of your crash as I sprinted to catch up, while you grew smaller, more breakable with distance, pumping, pumping for your life, screaming with laughter, the hair flapping behind you like a handkerchief waving goodbye.
(Linda Pastan) | Poem for My Sister My little sister likes to try my shoes, to strut in them, admire her spindle-thin twelve-year-old legsin this season’s styles. She says they fit her perfectly, but wobbles on their high heels, they’re hard to balance. I like to watch my little sister playing hopscotch, admire the neat hops-and-skips of her, their quick peck, never-missing their mark, not over-stepping the line. She is competent at peever*. I try to warn my little sister about unsuitable shoes, point out my own distorted feet, the callouses, odd patches of hard skin. I should not like to see her in my shoes. 內(nèi)容主題 | 從詩(shī)歌題目可以看出,兩首詩(shī)歌都是關(guān)于家人的,表達(dá)的內(nèi)容都是對(duì)于親情的懷念和回憶,從而表現(xiàn)出親情的溫暖,也對(duì)于成長(zhǎng)表現(xiàn)出擔(dān)憂(wobble) Poem1:母親回憶女兒第一次學(xué)騎自行車(chē)的場(chǎng)景,體現(xiàn)出母親的擔(dān)心,隨時(shí)準(zhǔn)備保護(hù)女兒,當(dāng)女兒學(xué)會(huì)騎車(chē)后,準(zhǔn)備離開(kāi)自己了,母親又充滿了傷感之情。 Poem2:姐姐發(fā)現(xiàn)妹妹穿了一雙不合腳的高跟鞋,妹妹的腳有一些受傷,姐姐很心疼,看到妹妹童年的歡樂(lè)時(shí)光,姐姐希望她永遠(yuǎn)快樂(lè)不論以后的生活遇到什么艱難。 | |
