8月雅思考試新題速遞—成功的小公司

 

疫情過后，雅思考試也如約而至，從1-4月份到5-8月份的口語題庫也基本定型，在這里不少同學(xué)對于成功的小公司這個話題產(chǎn)生了問，這個話題和之前的家族企業(yè)很相似，但是直接嵌套在小公司好像又顯不妥，在這里，咱們就針對成功的小公司能夠積累的素材進(jìn)行整合。

什么是小公司？對于定義并不統(tǒng)一，從人數(shù)上來看，小于50人以內(nèi)的公司可以稱之為小公司，從收益上來看，如果每個月的收益不超過30w的就是小公司，當(dāng)然根據(jù)不同的行業(yè)，對于小公司的定義不同，為了讓我們方便操作，我們不妨定義小公司為人數(shù)在2-3位數(shù)之間，收益也不會過大，但是對于像個體經(jīng)營戶這類，比如說小賣部，小的餐館這些并不能稱之為叫做公司。

接下來對于題干中幾個重點問題，進(jìn)行分析

首先：這是一個什么公司

 

我們可以從公司所從事的領(lǐng)域，創(chuàng)始人是誰，歷史，產(chǎn)品類型，受歡迎程度來展開說明

這里我們以一個創(chuàng)業(yè)公司為例

Sample：

A successful small company that comes to mind is a high-tech company which specializes in VR (Virtual Reality) and cutting-edge 尖端的 technology. It is a start-up business 創(chuàng)業(yè)公司, so they are still learning the ropes 摸到門道 and have had a few ups and downs 起起伏伏. In spite of this, the company is very popular in my country. Even my younger cousin, a primary school student, has heard about them.  

 

 

緊接：你是如何知道這個公司的

 

這個問題我們可以從幾個方面來回答，諸如在網(wǎng)上購物發(fā)現(xiàn)很多人購買，也可以從你和這個公司的創(chuàng)始人來自同一個學(xué)校，聽過他的傳奇，當(dāng)然最常見的也就是招聘廣告了

Sample：

I didn’t know about it until last year. One of my friends was recruited 招聘 by the company and I went there to have a meal with her. Then she showed me around and told me lots of things about it. Because of her, I now have a better understanding of the company and would like the opportunity to work there someday.

 

 

最后：你對這個公司的感受是什么樣子

 

這個問題可以從產(chǎn)品力，服務(wù)，工作的環(huán)境，領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和員工等方案進(jìn)行分析，這里我們也提供一個關(guān)于服務(wù)的sample供大家參考的例子

Sample：

I am a huge fan of the company and I am really impressed with its service. They have an app where you can order food directly and they deliver it to your door.

As they know customers can be indecisive 糾結(jié)的, they have a feature on their app which stores customer data according to their preferences. They also give recipe suggestions which I find really helpful. Every time I have used it, the food has been fresh and the delivery has been fast.
