Some people believed that only the most distinctive students should be rewarded, while some consider that it is more valuable to reward students who make a great progress. Both views are reasonable to some extent, but l think it is better to reward top students.
 
On the one hand, there are a variety of reasons why we should reward students with good improvement. Firstly, if they are rewarded for their efforts, they are encouraged to work harder and achieve higher results. It is because they will find their progress are meaningful and believe that they also can become one of the top students in the future. Secondly, it can help students to keep studying subjects that they are not good at. Their attempts are not ignored so that they won’t  feel disappointment for their current low grade.
 
On the other hand, l think only top students should be rewarded. It is obviously that unfairness will be caused. Students who get higher grades definitely made a huge efforts and keep working hard through whole their study. Therefore, they will feel unfair when people who pay less efforts get rewards as them. Moreover, it will reduce motivation for top students if they are not rewarded, especially younger students. They easily get depression when they recognize that their success are ignored. Hence,top students will give up making more efforts.
 
In conclusion, both two types of students should be rewarded, but it is better to praise students with higher grades duo to fairness.
 
 
有些人認(rèn)為只有最有特色的學(xué)生才應(yīng)該得到獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)，而有些人則認(rèn)為獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)有很大進(jìn)步的學(xué)生更有價(jià)值。這兩種觀點(diǎn)在某種程度上都是合理的，但我認(rèn)為最好獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)優(yōu)等生。
 
一方面，我們應(yīng)該獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)成績好的學(xué)生的原因是多方面的。首先，如果他們的努力得到了回報(bào)，他們就會(huì)被鼓勵(lì)更加努力地工作，取得更高的成績。因?yàn)樗麄儠?huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)自己的進(jìn)步是有意義的，相信自己也能成為未來的尖子生之一。其次，它可以幫助學(xué)生繼續(xù)學(xué)習(xí)他們不擅長的科目。他們的努力沒有被忽視，這樣他們就不會(huì)對(duì)目前的低分?jǐn)?shù)感到失望。
 
另一方面，我認(rèn)為只有優(yōu)等生才應(yīng)該得到獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。很明顯，不公平會(huì)被造成。取得更高成績的學(xué)生肯定付出了巨大的努力，并在整個(gè)學(xué)習(xí)過程中不斷努力。因此，當(dāng)付出較少努力的人得到與他們同樣的回報(bào)時(shí)，他們會(huì)感到不公平。此外，如果成績不好，會(huì)降低尖子生的學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)有獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)的，特別是年輕的學(xué)生。當(dāng)他們意識(shí)到自己的成功被忽視時(shí)，他們很容易患上抑郁癥。因此，優(yōu)等生會(huì)放棄更多的努力。
 
總之，這兩種類型的學(xué)生都應(yīng)該得到獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)，但出于公平考慮，最好表揚(yáng)成績較高的學(xué)生。
