12月13日南京大屠殺紀(jì)念日， 國外歷史書是如何記載的?

　　2014年的2月份，在全國十二屆大常委會的第7次會議中決定將每年的12月13日定為南京大屠殺死難者國家公祭日。今天10:01，南京全城響起警報為大屠殺時遭遇迫害的同胞們默哀。今年是第8個南京大屠殺公祭日，也是紀(jì)念南京大屠殺84周年。

　　1945年日本投降之后，由于大多數(shù)關(guān)于屠殺的日本軍事記錄都是保密的，或者是在被接管之前就銷毀了，所以歷史學(xué)家準(zhǔn)確估計大屠殺的死亡人數(shù)就非常的困難。學(xué)者們對于死亡人數(shù)的爭論，是中日關(guān)系的一個非常大的障礙。在日本的學(xué)術(shù)界有對遇難人數(shù)的估計從2萬至20萬不等，甚至有一些日本的民族主義者聲稱這場屠殺是捏造的。這引起了全球華人的反感，南京大屠殺成為影響中日關(guān)系的最重要的歷史問題之一。

　　但是除了極少數(shù)人堅持否認(rèn)南京大屠殺的存在，在國外的高中教材中，例如AP ( history modern) 和A-level history 中對這個事件都有著肯定和正確的描述：

　　Nanjing Massacre, conventional Nanking Massacre, also called Rape of Nanjing, (December 1937–January 1938), mass killing and ravaging of Chinese citizens and capitulated soldiers by soldiers of the Japanese Imperial Army after its seizure of Nanjing, China, on December 13, 1937, during the Sino-Japanese War that preceded World War II. The number of Chinese killed in the massacre has been subject to much debate, with most estimates ranging from 100,000 to more than 300,000.

　　在英國的A-Level教科書中對于南京大屠殺有正面的記述。雖然在死亡的人數(shù)是從10萬到30萬之間并不確定，但是對于其侵略和屠殺的性質(zhì)并不采取任何懷疑的態(tài)度。

　　The rape of Nanking is still a widely debated event, but it has been accepted almost worldwide as a crime against humanity. During WWII Japan expanded into China and when the Japanese took Nanking terrible events occurred. Rape, theft, destruction, and murder were all too common during the Japanese occupation of the city. It is estimated that nearly 300,000 people were killed, and the Japanese military made no distinctions between the Chinese military and civilians.

　　在美國的AP歷史題目當(dāng)中，也對此事件有描述，并且認(rèn)定死亡人數(shù)接近30萬。在這里用了 “it has been accepted almost worldwide as a crime against humanity”。這里的almost 似乎有一種對那些否定這一歷史事件的一小撮學(xué)者的孤立和鄙視。

　　在鐵一般的事實面前，南京大屠殺的史實是不容置疑。某些政客和學(xué)者無視歷史事實真相，欺騙世界輿論和愚弄日本人民，是無法經(jīng)得住歷史的考驗的。
